Our Mission
Our goal is to help the next generation of scientists see the potential in space research. By providing experiences via play, we can teach the next generation that you do not need to be an astronaut to reseach the vastly undiscovered areas of space. We help children realise there is a lot of research being down with both feet on the ground, and help them see where their interests might land them a very important job in future space research.
Meet our brillant team! Each one of them have dedicated their lives to supporting children and inspiring the next generations of scientists, regardless of their background.

Our founder and CEO
Joseph grew up looking at the stars, and his happy place is under the night sky. He grew up being told he could be an Astronaut, but when it came time to choose his subjects in high school, suddenly he had to pick a more realistic career. His school wasn't properly equipped to properly support teens through their education journey. Now Joseph has dedicated his career to make sure that doesn't happen again, teaching people that the traditional High School to University path isn't the only one, and creating experience for children to learn about space through interactive play.

Our CTO and Tech Genius
As a girl trying to study STEM subjects, she frequently faced casual sexism during her High School years, and as a result, found herself boxed into the social sciences. She wasn't given a chance to try out programming before having to choose her High School subjects, and so her journey into Software Development was entirely self-taught. Now she volunteers for Women in STEM, and has pioneered our STEM4GIRLS programs.

Our CFO and Magic Money Tree
Robert was privately educated, and, as he puts it, born into old money. Originally an Angel Investor, Robert volunteered to come onboard as our CFO and help us with all things money. He also now plays a critical role in our course designs, serving as a benchmark as to what is available to private education system. He helps us clearly see the disparity between public and state, which helps us focus on bridging the gap.

Our History
As children, we looked at the emptiness of space and saw a challenge, a chance for adventure. We told ourselves that one day we would leave our planet and go on an adventure of a lifetime. But things didn't go according to plan. A postcode lottery had determined what our education would look like, what resources were available to us, and had already determined that our dream would be next to impossible to achieve. No child should have to grow up knowing their dreams weren't a reality, and have to settle for something less. So that's where Space Arca comes in, we provide the resources that allow children to explore the different careers in the Space industry, and see where their natural skills could help. They can learn that they don't need to be an astronaut to have the adventure of a lifetime.
